SEGEM organized Technical Staff Professional Competence Exams for insurance brokers on three terms in 2016. After the completion of the first term on March 26, 2016 and the second term on May 14, 2016 third and last term of Technical Staff Professional Competence Exam for 2016 was held on October 15, 2016 in İstanbul.

SEGEM also organized online trainings in preparation for the Technical Staff Professional Competence Exams for insurance brokers through its e-learning platform, SEGEM Academy. The training material was free of charge and accessible until the exam date.
